You're not supposed to be able to tell that we've dyed our hair - it's supposed to look natural !

Re: Hair

Very curly last year I cut it short after 40 years of having it long, just took the scissors to it and chopped. Luckily being curly it's quite forgiving and just looks a bit curlier.

Going grey gradually, and no plans to dye it, with my luck and allergies would probably find it all fell out if I did.

Re: Hair

Me mop's in the salt and pepper stage - so I can be blonde or brunette!
It's just above shoulder length, and thin and dead straight.
Not exactly a pretty picture!

Julie, my daughter has very curly hair which I love. She keeps it real short now though, so she doesn't have to straighten it. How I wish we could swap our mops!

Re: Hair

My hair's very fine, but thankfully, there's a lot of it. I was dark brown when younger, but now my hair's short and grey with a lighter streak at the front - sort of like a badger !

Re: Hair

My hair is ginger (but much less violently ginger than it used to be) with a fair bit of grey at the temples. I used to have very long hair (waistlength) but got fed up with it, so I've worn it shortish for the past 30 years. It's receding a tiny bit, but it looks like I'll avoid baldness. At 66, I was hoping that by now my hair would have turned completely grey so that I could morph into a sophisticated "silver fox" type, but no luck so far.

Re: Hair

My hair is short, thick and naturally silver. I used to have lo-lites until a couple of years ago, then I decided to go au naturel ..... and am pleased with the result

Re: Hair

After having short hair for years, have decided to grow it. Its very coarse, thick and straight and my natural colour is brunette. I now have it dyed a sort of medium reddy brown which is just a little lighter than my natural colour. Trouble is as the years go by it needs doing more often !!
