Have any of the ladies here found a cure for hot flushes ....?

I have tried Soy - gives me bad headaches - Linseed bread no - have you heard good things with that .....?

16years, should be stopping soon, then!

Seriously, I had them for years and I still get the occasional one but I can tolerate them.

I could if it were the occasional one - I burn up anyway due to nerve damage so can do without the added burden of this.
I doubt there is anything - I'm sure I'd have heard about it in 16 years .....

When I asked the doctor how long did hot sweats last he told me he had a 80yr old lady still having them.

I wasn't making light of it Patsy, I really didn't suffer too badly when I hear others' experiences. As I say I still get the odd one and I sometimes wonder if they'll ever stop.....reading Gabi's post maybe not.
Keep googling something may turn up somewhere, I hope they ease for you very soon, fingers crossed.
