Autumn Here We Come



We're only 6 weeks away from peak foliage color in Oregon. A few years ago I actually planned my vacation for October 15th so that I could ride around to capture the best landscape shots showing off Oregon's beauty. This is one of my favorite all time photos.

Trust me when I declare I'll be out there again this year, new camera gear & software waiting.

It is very beautiful Bob. I was told that there is always snow on the summit of Mount Hood. Is that true?

I've seen snow on Mt Hood when it was 100F in Portland. This late in the Summer the snow is finally gone. The rainy season starts around mid-October so it won't be long before snow is back on Mt Hood.
