Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

No lunch today we got up really late and decided a brunch would be good so I made a big vegetable omelette and my husband walked into the village and picked up some pastries and homemade bread. It was all rather nice sat in the caravan with rain pounding on the roof.

Hi

Baked Alaskan Pollack, no fat, seafood rub, cooked in foil with Bell Peppers, Zucchini and garlic.

Sweet Potato Wedges, a small spray of Olive Oil to crisp them.

Zero fat yoghurt, no added sugar, with berries and fruit from my garden.

Did a nice macaroni cheese at lunch time and a custard tart for pudding which someone who will remain nameless managed to get down her school jumper.

Will be attending the 'vampire' clinic again theis morning, so on way home will divert via pie shop and pick up a couple of pies for my lunch - apart from the usual meat ones, they also do a very handsome cherry and custard pie - which is why I intend buying the two - lunch + 'pudding' too.
