Both pies purchased (see above) and now consumed. Meat pie was a beef bourginon - this is the pie for this month. The Cherry & custard pie quickly followed and it too was delicious!!!

Have some scotch eggs in my fridge - couple of them warmed in the oven for 15 minutes or so - that will be my 'tea'.

A grilled pork cutlet with mashed potato mixed with dried onions and dried tomatoes and carrotts cooked in vegetable stock and sprinkled with parsley.
It's Kevin home alone as my wife is away working for the weekend so I get to cook my favourites.

The pies were for my lunch at around 13.00. By 18.00 they had been well digested and I was feeling hungry again - hence the scotch eggs Missy darlin'.
