Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Tonight it will be chicken stir-fry, the same as last night. One chicken breast does me for two meals, as does a £1 bag of mushroom stir fry vegetables. This will be followed by my usual yoghurt.

A delicious home made spag bol. Got a portion for tomorrow, and frozen one. Got some garlic bread to go with (but they were very stingy with the garlic butter so added my own. Just hope I have more in the fridge!)

On my own today everyone either working or at school, so a sandwich probably cheese and pickle or a tinned tomato soup excitement is killing me

Not sure what to have today - have so many choices, pork slice, sausages, fagggots, fish (in admirals pie) or fish 'n chips, Cottage pie, roast chicken or chicken curry. Decisions, decisions!!!

Defrosting a meat pie from Morrisons, and a pack of sausages. Might have chips and beans with the pie today, and then sausage and mash tomorrow.
