I'd be serving
Starter: Shami Kebabs with mint, chopped onion and yoghurt sauce
Main: Chicken madras curry, naan bread, puppadoms,
Dessert: Frozen berry and yoghurt pops to cool the mouth down after all that spice.
For the vegetarians
Starter: Corn Fritters
Main: Lentil & Sweet Potato curry
Dessert: Berry Frozen Yoghurt Pops
