Barstewards II

Yet again these evil barstewards have an opportunity to help our society by allowing a large donation to be given to the Charity Commission to be distributed to smaller charities. Instead these evil barstewards want to give to help pay off the national debt, except that by the end of today the debt will have arisen by almost the same amount, so giving it towards the national debt will have very little effect.
