Ffosse, the trouble is with stock-piling medicines is people forget to look at dates on them.
We keep them "just incase" and before you know it, they have expired the use by date.
My Nan used to do this, and then Mum did too.
After my dear Mum died, we found medicines more than 14 years out of date she had been still keeping!

Ooh, except a nice chap called Martin popped in today and put up another smoke alarm for me, and while he was here I got him to squirt some stuff in a couple of drill holes in the bathroom tiles for me.
He didn't even charge me. THAT's what I meant by me appreciating a bit of kindness. What a nice chap.
