Well we now know why the government are doing this don't we??? - the scumbags are getting flack from the population about not building enough houses. So they dream up this weird and wonderful policy that attempts to blame local authorities. Their problem is that, as we've already seen, the treasury have had sheds loads of money handed back to them by Sajid Javid because the scumbag 'nasty party' failed to use this moey timeously to build 'new' social housing!!!

The hypocritical, evil witch from Maidenhead, says that homelessness is a national disgrace, rightly so it is, but since it is, why is this scumbag 'nasty party' leader allowing the Housing Minister to hand back to HMRC £millions of underspent allowance to build social housing!!!

The Government are providing the money.

Councils and Developers are not building.

One solution is a Land Tax, if development land is not built on in a year of having approval it is subject to a 25% tax, 2 years, 50% tax and so on.

It works elsewhere.
