Re: Rachman returns!!!
Well, they say we get wiser as we get older, but this gentleman is certainly an exception to the rule.
I do have some sympathy with Landlords when tenants refuse to pay the rents due, and I can understand some restrictions such as no DHSS since the government changed the rules for rent money to be paid directly to tenants instead of into the Landlords account. Too many have abused this system and buy-to-let landlords have ended up with horrendous debt when tenants refuse to pay their rent. There are Solicitors fees, Court fees, Baliff fees, High Court sheriff fees, all this on top of thousands in missed rent can prove disastrous for some small Landlords.
But, getting back to the gentleman concerned, the law says that he hasn't broken any laws, but surely this is discrimination against ethnic minorities? It puzzles me as to how he can be allowed to get away with such wording???
