For the second time Lord Hanningfield, a scumbag 'nasty party' member has been caught fiddling his expense claims and as a result has been suspended from the HoL for 1 year. Is that enough??? - NO - he should have been kicked out permanently!!!

It happens in every walk of life....I'm sure there are a few on here that have put the odd family meal down to expenses....fuel for the odd weekend away etc.

You don't need to be a Lord or scumbag member of the "Nasty Party" to enjoy the advantages of being a little less than honest.
