Well, he just did 50 triathlons in 50 days so he has a very weathered look to say the least. Also his body fat looks close to zero so that isn't helping either. I'm sure a few weeks of rest, a shave and good food will get him back to looking 39 again.Re: Post your daily exercise routine
Anyway I did another 4-5 miles last night and put in 4 hill sprints. I'm waiting for my legs to become tired, as tired as in the months before, but the fact I'm lost so much weight has transformed my running making it less of a strain on my body. I did feel tired (I did a long run the evening before) but not so much my legs as my body overall. When my legs get tired it hits my big leg muscles above the knee but I haven't really felt that nagging ache for a while now. I just have to watch I don't eat too much and put weight back on.Re: Post your daily exercise routine
I don't think I'll mention the regular walking and cycling from now on ..unless something in addition to this is done, or I can't keep up the weekly regime any more. Other than that, if at all interested , just take it as read I'm that doing well and keeping fit.Re: Post your daily exercise routine

Great to read all these posts, it's good to see training and physical exercise still taking place at all ages.
