Well Plops, these people reckon they never had my phone number to let me know the twit weren't coming - yet they've phoned me in the past!
Anyway, they rearranged it for 10 a.m today, so I sitting here waiting for him - again.

(BTW, I took your advice and counted slowly to ten, but I may have to make it twenty if he don't turn up this time).

Guess what. . . . he never turned up again!!!!

I phoned the company and told them if they didn't let me know within the next 10 mins what was happening, they needn't bother because I don't want them.

What an appalling firm they are.

Honestly EZ, I have never been let down so many times in my life as I have been the last few years. I have lost all faith in any tradesmen now, they all tell such lies.
