Got a couple of Asda ready meals in the fridge, so may have one of them. Choice of lamb with colcannon mash, or beef in ale with mash. Both quite nice and only £1.50 each.

Yesterday I had sausages, mash, onions, beans and gravy.

could be: Faggots, steak & Kidney pud, pork slices or Haggis. Not sure which yet - will decide when I go to the kitchen to prepare it.

I have decided to have lunch outside today (sun willing). so will take a tray out there with a full glass of Orange juice, a prawn mayo, lettuce and cucumber sandwich on wholemeal bread, with a Muller Greek Mango Yoghurt (I may even have two!).

Went to 'vampire clinic' this morning and on my way home again, swung past pie shop and bought myself a couple of chicken curry pies for lunch.

Just had a fry-up

UJ my fry-up only consist of:

1 fried egg, 2 bacon and some mushrooms (not really hungry today).
