Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Morning all, and a happy and healthy New Year to you all - with WHITE RABBITS!

Had a late evening last night eating and drinking with friends - and had a lift so could indulge in a few glasses of wine. All the family coming for supper this evening, so I've started veg prep and am just about to lay the table. Going to make whinberry tart (our annual Christmas treat) later and hope it all goes to plan.

Stayed up late last night myself. Watched Jools Holland who was really excellent as usual. Sunny here today so I'm going out for a walk later.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Spent the day clearing up after the family supper last night. Still don't think everything is back in the right place, but not to worry, it will all land back sooner or later! Rang DIL and she came to collect the (large) remains of the beef - it would have taken Rob and I the rest of the week to demolish it. She had a surprise this morning, a pair of twins had arrived in the sheep shed! Someone had jumped the gun somewhat, they are not supposed to be lambing until March!

Anyone else confused what day it is ?!
Another frosty morning.Through the front window it's foggy but out the back window the sun's shinning-think the weather's confused as well.
