Re: Spreadable butter
We have been making our own spreadable butter for years. We use two blocks of Tesco butter cut up small in a big bowl so that it softens, we then add 150ml of olive oil and give it a good mix with a potato masher and put it into the fridge in a tupperware container. It's a lovely spread, it's half the price and you know exactly what's in it....Re: Spreadable butter
Re: Spreadable butter
I buy spreadable margarine. The most I ever use is for a lunchtime sandwich (2 slices of bread), but usually I have a wrap, with no need for spread, or dry toast with soup. Very often I throw half a tub away when it has been open in the fridge for about three months. I did buy some butter for over the Christmas period but it is still unopened in the fridge.Re: Spreadable butter
