No. The Criminals' Protection Service certainly wouldn't like it.

It is better that we do not leave any valuables in the car.

Re: Have you locked your car.

I think rolling code ignitions are standard on Australian cars. Also in some states it is an offence to leave your car unlocked or moving more than 3 metres from a car with its engine running (a bloody nuisance on a hot day when you want the air con to keep it cool).

I have had my side windows tinted so that no one can see if anything has been left inside the car. Also I always put my sun reflector in the windscreen even if the sun is not shining directly on it. No one can see if I have valuables left in the car that way

What other ways will they they think next to steal from us all, I agree Mups if they put their ingenuity into legal positive ideas they would all be millionaires now.

Am i right in thinking that even if your car is unlocked they can't drive it away without the ignition key? Having said that my car starts without a key i just have to have the key with me and it knows...... spooky !

Re: Have you locked your car.

Mine has a key to open the door and for the ignition. But then who would want to steal my car? I donít suppose any thief would want to be seen dead in it.
Well it is a hearse. 🤪🤪😁
