My first name is quite unusual. I did use it when l first joined this site but thought it was best to stick to my profile name.

I find, even if people know my real name, they still call me ‘Art’!

I use my real name here, I didn't when I first started using forums but I don't feel the need to do otherwise now .

I have to say it irritates the f... out of when I see something in a message like, "Sorry to hear that Fred" and wonder WTF is "Fred' who it turns out goes by the forum name "Willy".
