Silver Tabby, just thought I had better warn you that Artangel is going in hospital tomorrow for a small operation. She has arranged for chef to be available, so I will try to keep the Bistro up to her usual standards whilst she is away.

Good Morning all. I've set my flavour buds for smoked haddock this morning - maybe with a well poached egg on top? Then I am off up to the University to do some research.

just ask Chef for whatever you want as I now have an injury. I slipped and fell on my right hand this morning and now I cant use my right hand.
