Yes Nulabour were in Debt, but not all their fault, with financial institutions going bust on them to compound their problem.
Where they went wrong was not regulating the banks.
But this applies not just to the UK, but the world in general, the rich are the ones sitting pretty, making hay whist the sunshine's, and if we don't do something about it at the next election, it is our own fault.

Bob 53p for a loaf of bread is cheap, in fact it must be a small loaf, a family sized loaf today costs anything upto £1-50.
