The latest stupid "Office" I have come across is the "Office for Tax Simplification"

Says it all, after years of making complicated legislation designed ot screw us all it is now so complicated and confusing that it needs simplifying.

No doubt this "Office" wiill be filled with Civil servants on large salaries having meetings about having meetings!

Do they really believe everyone in the country is so stupid!

Of all the legislation that needs simplification I would suggest that tax would be top of the list.

When are they due to report?

I saw recently on a civil service job recruitment website they were advertising for some 400 tax advisers to assist small businesses on how they could be more efficient in paying there taxes, really or should that read "how can we get more money from you"....
