In modern day history think it was considered as such and the extreme left as well of the extreme right attacked it at the time.

I have a deep loathing of certain Politicians, I consider them not only a waste of space, but very dangerous.

On the one side, I have Boris and my local MP, Owen Paterson.

On the other side, I have Corbyn and Abbott.

I will tell them so to their face.

I have absolutely no intention of physically threatening them or commenting on their race, creed , colour or size.

They are just complete prats who need to be told so.

That's just your opinion but more importantly don't you have to have a democracy in the first place for it to be threatened?

Britain doesn't yet have a proper democracy so there is no threat to it from either left or right.

That's a good point but still abuse can't be tolerated of any system or any people. What's worrying IMO is it's usually aimed at women, rape threats death threats etc very worrying.
