I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother, Willow. Will you not be able to attend the funeral? You say you will have family there to represent you.

I remember when my mum died in 1988. It was a very traumatic time.

Thank you for the kind remarks. Mother is at peace at long last and that makes me happy.

Re: Each time I died:

When I had cardiac arrest, I died. I say that because there was no way I was coming back, believe me. However, the medics simply wouldn't let it go and kept paddling me, the last three of which I felt.

I have news for you folks, resuscitation hurts. All they managed to do was revive me so I could die more slowly. It was while I was drifting in and out of conciousness I had my OOB experiences.

I looked down and watched the medics working on me, although I couldn't hear what they were saying. I saw my wife in the waiting room, back to the medics and then suddenly I was back in my body.

Hovered like that for about 4 days, so I'm told, after which my wife was told that I would recover.

Absolute nightmare.

I fervently hope that death means one ceases to be, and the consciousness doesn't continue into another dimension.

Re: Each time I died:

Sorry to hear of your loss Willow, my mother died at Christmas after a long difficult illness. She had a tough life, but like yours is now at peace. I believe that.
