Diarrhoea causes an imbalance of good & bad bacteria in your stomach, so you need to restore that balance and yeast makes it worse!
My sister suffered the same problem for 18 years, till I took her to see a specialist in nutrition, and this is what they said:-
No yeast for 12 weeks so
nothing that has yeast in it's ingredients. This is difficult with bread, but eating Soda bread, instead of normal bread. will work.
Drink 1 or 2 Yakults everyday to restore the good bacteria, ( if has a pleasant taste, so easy to do).
After 12 weeks my sister was cured of the diarrhoea, so was able to get back to her normal diet.

Food Education is your No 1 priority now. Research all you can.
Sugar and artificial sweeteners is really basic stuff. The latter are carcinogenic let alone laxatives. Avoid ALL artificial sweeteners.
Get sugar out of your life too. It will kill you. Learn how many products contain silly levels of sugars like fruit juices, natural yoghurts etc.
Do NOT drink fizzy pop, period. It's all poison, full of acids, chemicals, sweeteners and sugars. Just quit that bad habit.
I suggest that you have destroyed your internal gut flora with such a poor diet and have been living with it severely compromised. A bad thing as your gut is a prime source for your body's healing mechanisms. You must surely have other illnesses or complaints and/or be very susceptible to colds/flu etc.
I truly hope you've
not been having yearly flu jabs too !
Repair you gut flora as a priority. If you can find it, buy jars of saurkraut which is simply delicious fermented cabbage. Chock full of healthy organisms for your gut. In fact 10 times the amount found in bio yoghurts. If you can't find sauerkraut then eat bio yoghurts for a while BUT be sure to eat sources of fibre at the same time otherwise the sugars will be stored as fat. So don't just pick up packs of YaKult or Actimel and guzzle them. Have them with muesli and/or fruit etc.
Generally eat more fibre anyway. Porridge for breakfast or 100% shredded wheat. Most other cereals are stupidly loaded with sugars so avoid. ALWAYS check the nutritional info on the packets to see sugar content per 100g of product. Remember 4g sugar is one teaspoonful.
Don't put sugar in tea/coffee. Wean yourself off that if you do, it's not too difficult.

Yes. Artificial sweeteners contain alcohols that cause diarrhea. Excessive diarrhea with not only cause dehydration but will create a unbalance in gut bacteria. The health of your digestive system is responsible for at least 90% of your overall general health so if it’s not healthy, then neither are you.
Unbalanced intestinal flora can also cause systemic candida which can really play havoc to the system. Unhealthy bacteria can turn into a fungus that flourishes and weakens the stomach lining which in turn can cause irritable bowl syndrome, oral thrush, skin rashes, food sensitivities and other unwanted symptoms.
Eliminating all artificial sugars and sugar in general is crucial.
Supplementing with probiotics is an excellent way to reverse this. Making your own saurkraut is a good idea but doing research in this general idea is a perfect place to start. And yes avoid yeast. Yeasts will only aggravate all this tenfold so throw the breads out for a few months or drastically reduce them. Wheat should be eliminated or reduced also since its often a difficult grain to digest and is overly used as an additive so can become troublesome for those with digestive problems already.
Doctors make no money off of you being healthy and aren’t educated by food suppliers. They are educated by the pharmaceutical companies who want to sell their drugs to relieve your symptoms so they treat symptoms not the person.
Since this is a food related illness, your best approach is to drastically change your eating habits. Drink water instead of pop. Pop is horrible stuff and so is prepacked food that’s filled with artificial preservatives, colours, sugars and salts.
Try and eat as holistically as possible and rotate your foods often. When shopping try and pick most of your foods from the outside edges of your supermarket. That’s where the healthiest foods are. The inside isles are where most of the packaged foods are stored. Eat more fresh wholesome foods. Try and make as many meals from scratch as you can. Don’t drink with your food. Drink after you have eaten and chew your food slowly and thoroughly for better digestion and absorption. Your gut will thank you.
