You're not saying anything to resolve the situation . you are just getting excessively emotive about a handful of situations that may have gone wrong.
The bigger picture is that the Gov't has pledged to put this right and are in the process of doing so.
Sacking Rudd will not help the situation in the slightest and you are typical of those looking to make political capital rather than contribute positively and with meaning.

Sacking Rudd would help the situation by showing that the Government has retained some vestige of integrity and respect for those who have been mistreated and humiliated.And confirming that lying to the Home Affairs Select Committee to save your neck will not be tolerated.
And that hostility towards legal immigrants is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this is a government with no integrity or respect for decency. So she'll stay where she is as a symbol of their disgrace and lack of morals.

They should simply have an amnesty for all migrants at a point in time and stop wasting vast amounts of taxpayer funds on detention centres and deportation.They should then introduce ID cards and proper immigration controls. That's what's lacking. You don't need a hostile environment if you have proper processes instead of a shambles.
