More Sad Families

Two more tragic families tonight .A 7 year old girl in Yorkshire died from 'life threatening injuries' and a 15 year old has been arrested in connection to her death. What must both those families be feeling.Tragic to lose a child ,Tragic to feel your child is guilty of causing the death

I'd be interested to find out what the older girl did to the younger one. I'm afraid I can't understand why anyone, especially a young girl, would intentionally kill someone without any apparent reason.

I understand the accused is an older half or step sister.
Maybe sibling rivalry/jealousy may be involved here .

From today's Yorkshire Post. It would appear that the victim, seven-year old Katie Rough, had her throat cut and was stabbed in the chest. No details of the attacker as yet (don't think there ever will be unless reporting restrictions are lifted).

The worst news for anyone. Impossible to even imagine how they might survive this.

NSPCC recommends that no child under 16 should look after a child that is younger than themselves.

Personally, I think it should be older than 16yrs.

But it was her sister that murder her.
