So if it is cracked, does it mend in time JBR?
It'd be a difficult place to have to plaster!

Oh, I should think so.

The reason for applying plaster is to immobilise a broken bone until it knits (perhaps about six weeks).

However, the coccyx isn't something that moves normally, unless it is moved by some external pressure, which is why the rubber ring has appeared! Cats and dogs can wag their tails, but we can't!

It just needs common sense and care, and avoid anyone kicking her up the bum.

Hey, I'm not qualified to say any of that.

Best to see the doctor and ask him/her!

Hi

Julie. the mother of my children broke her coccyx, , it was very painful, but Mum was in agony., I really feel for you.

Our two kids here 5 and 7 at the time, they also thought it was very funny.

It isn't, it is very painful

I bet that's incredibly painful. If it is cracked, does it just mend on its own in time?
Sorry mups I should have said Steven took one look at me and bundled me off to a&e must say they were great. Sadly though I saw a petition on the desk looks like we are fighting to try and keep it open again. Looking at the full waiting room I can't imagine how other hospitals can absorb us all.

And yes swims it's very painful, took me a while to get out of bed, I have broken my record for time to get dressed too
