See a directly employed, say earning £10.00 per hour, for 37 hours per week, would coin in £19240.00 pre stoppages, BUT, you need to take back, the paid 25 days annual leave, the 7 Bank Holidays, the potential average 7 days Sick leave, 39 days pay for doing zero, zilch, naff all, that's why this country is on it's knees.
