Sorry Annie, I do not get that logic at all.
Before we voted for Brexit we were living far beyond our means.
Cuts were necessary, but also Taxation increases were necessary.
Paying interest of £41 Billion a year is a waste of money.
The World Economy has shrunk, we can do nothing about it, so have to take the hit, irrespective of Brexit.
Brexit may be good or bad for the UK.
That is irrelevant, the fact remains that we are in serious debt to others.
They will determine our Interest Rates, not us.
The less we owe, the more Independent we are.
