NATO still is feasible, but if the majority of EU countries won't pay their whack they should be kicked out.

They are then welcome to join what will be an unco-ordinated and ineffective 'EU Army'.

If those countries won't pay their way as part of NATO, are they likely to pay their way in the EU Army? It will be a disaster.
