Yes I have some Apricot... wish I had tried harder at school for one and maybe not have got married so young. Our life experiences make us the people we have now become though and I quite like me now so maybe its best I stay a bit thick.

I wish I had been better at maths, at which I am beyond hopeless, in spite of having private tutors in the subject. Without my trusty calculator I am lost!

I really wish I has maintained and increased competence with French, German and later Polish languages. On business in Europe, it was embarrassing to listen to Johnny foreigner speaking perfectly good English - some even included idiomatic English!!!

Do ou know I have onl ever heard that expression' Johnny foreigner' on the forum surely people don't actually use it in speech these days !

My only regret is that I never pushed myself to either become a artist or a author.

I wish I'd told my mum more often how much she meant to me and how much I loved her.
My girls tell me and it makes me realise how blessed I am.
I'm sure she knew...But they weren't a demonstrative generation.
Ah well...
