Lights out at 8:30

Many buildings around the world will be switching off their electricity tonight for Earth Day. Apparently we are all encouraged to take part but that does mean you will miss Casualty.

We don't have electricity up here in Yorkshire, just Mrs Fox on a bike for the telly, so shall I tell her to stop peddling and then blow out the candles Longdogs?

So it doesn't matter if someone falls and injures themselves because they can't see where they are going in the dark! Or set their place on fire with the candle, as long as we save the day for Earth Day!!

We had a total power cut the other night, it lasted for about an hour and a half, flipping scary!
Feeling your way around your house in the pitch black is no joke.
I managed to light the gas rings on the cooker in the kitchen which gave us enough light to get our bearings and find torches and candles.
It was a miracle I knew where a box of matches was, only because I hadn't put them away since Christmas!!!!!
