And like Portrush/Portstewart when the open is hosted here

Everyone who goes to watch it buys a package where they have their hotel out of the area and are bussed in every day. They have everything they need on site at the course and of course after paying to watch the Golf, they are hardly going to leave it and go spend money around the town. When the golf is finished for the day, bused straight back to hotels

Not a penny is spent locally, yet us rate payers pick up the bill for hosting
