Wish I could have fryups but that is what sent me into hospital with gall bladder problems for 4 weeks, and a removal job at the end when well enough

We gave up fried breakfasts years ago and feel much better for it. I couldn't imagine eating anything soaked in grease now.

We only have a fry-up once a week for dinner and mine is very small, not like my Husbands, and not a lot of grease either.
