I didn't watch it for some reason.....But one of the channels here often show a full Catherine Cookson story over the W/E. are they not similar?

I wasn't keen on Downton but I did like Mr Selfridge and Map and Luccia I think it was called.
I prefer Vintage crime series such as Murdoch, Miss Fisher, Doctor Blake and Father Brown and of course Poirot and Miss Marple etc.

Mystery Murder Documentaries.
Fatal Attraction.
Call The Midwife.

Then there's comedy like.

The Durrells.
Doc. Martin.
Carry on Films.
Mr. Bean.
