Re: Top of the Shop

It looks like a beautiful part of Yorkshire too
Does anyone know where it's set?

And the customers and some of their reviews are hilarious

People wanting to sell their homemade product in a Farm Shop

Sounds a bore but I love anything foodie
Watching it instead of eating it is the best way!

Do you need a live-in Chef?
Just free lodgings and pocket money and I'd be sorted

I think I have seen bits of it actually. I think my wife watches it.

Rhian as a live-in chef? I don't know if I could behave myself tbh!

I've taped it Rhian, so I will be watching it this afternoon.

And Corrie was good last night.

Re: Top of the Shop

Rhian I was there on Sunday morning for breakfast I had scrambled eggs with bacon on toast it was scrumptious

I go there quite often with pals, stunning views and good food, to be honest the farm shop is not so good as the cafe which is always busy.

It was a good show wasn't it, I wanted the Goats Cheese lady to win but I was pleased for the couple that did.

Re: Top of the Shop

I watched the first one and found it quite banal and Tom Kerridge really does smile too much, but the setting was interesting in Malham village, an area we have visited many times.

Re: Top of the Shop

Rhian I watched the programme and would have liked the goats cheese to win . I love goats cheese but find it is often the consistency of brie, the one on the programme looked firm and delicious. It is expensive but I may buy some online as a treat when the weather is cooler.

I buy fresh yeast to make my bread online and that travels ok in a little cold pouch.

I liked the look of the kombucha with ginger and turmeric and quite fancy making some. I am sure it is beneficial to gut health. I used to make ginger beer until one batch exploded in the garage.
