Re: Over 50s Club Wales Part 2

Back home after a great two weeks. Busy morning, although I did two washing loads yesterday ( dirty washing always in separate baggage ), didn't get around to unpacking my case until this morning.

Most of morning taken up with sorting out car insurance--one wanted another £15.00 for over 74 yr olds--NO was the answer--settled for saga again who when I asked for the best deal, immediately knocked £30.00 off. Why do they do this and cause so much haggling??
Then British Gas--had asked for a meter reading and because of no reply due to holidays had estimated usage and were putting D.D's up by £60.00. New readings submitted and D.D reduced by £2.00--apparently all estimated by computer ??? I now need another holiday or a lie down.

What company to Cyprus Sue?? North or South, sorry I can't find your posting.

Hope you are all well, but where is Celyn??

Last call for lunch on the 30th--anyone else interested??

Welcome back Rowser xx
When are you going Sue and where?
Just popped to the West X shops but giddiness quite bad so glad to get home.
Kids called down yesterday and invited me for tea later but think I will give my excuses in case the heavy rain starts and I had driving in the gloom and rain, happier here

It's been wet and very windy here, garden furniture scattered around the garden.
Calmer now and dry with a blue sky but is there more to come??

Good morning all, and enjoy Tuesday whatever your plans.

Lovely sunshine here but the rough sea woke me up in the early hours. Busy with hoover but now relaxing before thinking of something to eat
Window could do with a clean but tomorrow is another day xx

Very windy with the occasional heavy shower.....when the sun is out it would be almost like a summers day....

Re: Over 50s Club Wales Part 2

A calm bright but a little chilly start to the day here.
A lot of my day was spent in Hirwaun yesterday, my friend Gwyn had been admitted to hospital with atrial fibrillation, so went to spend some time with his wife Marlene. Some ironing to be done this morning and then I'll see if my chauffeuring services are needed for a hospital visit.

Enjoy Wednesday x
