The guy still should be stripped of his knighthood and made to pay up in full. He can sell that bloody boat of his for starters and raise a few bob there to put back in the kitty.

Tpin listening to the storys coming from the media over the past year he supposedly bought it for 100 mill. Also it was renamed at least once because people thought he owned it.
Just saying its what we have been given to believe.
