Nice surprise from the Taxman
I got a letter today to say I had overpaid my tax by £37.54p .....
..in 2009
A cheque is on its way, better late than never as they say .
Now I am wondering how to spend this vast sum of money, any suggestions

That was quick work from the taxman.

the cheque hasn't arrived yet, I am assured it will do so in the next two weeks so I am awaiting its arrival with bated breath

Even though it's really your own money back, it feels like free money ... I'd go for the lobster myself!

Get yourself a very good bottle of wine Meg and enjoy it as a victory, not many get anything back from that crowd.
