Most supplements have been found to have limited effect. Eating fish provides a lot more benefits than just taking a fish oil supplement. The Mediterranean diet has been found to be the best diet to avoid Heart Attacks and Strokes. Indeed, Heart disease is virtually nil in Southern Italy. They eat a lot of fish, so apart from liking fish, I believe it will help my own Heart Disease. So if I have a choice between a Burger or Fish, I will always choose fish.....Yum Yum....
