Re: Happy Valley

Gotta go - Episode 6 of series 2 has just finished downloading. I need to find out what happened.

(and there is another episode of Better Call Saul and The Night Manager to consider too)

Re: Happy Valley

I have never watched Happy Valley, probably always doing something else, but last night I caught the last 30 minutes and thought "Wow, this is what good television used to be like". Sarah Lancashire is an excellent actress, and I have enjoyed her performance in many things, but she isn't the only reason the programme is good. The story line was so good it could have been real life, they looked great in their costumes, which didn't make them look like they had just come out of the wardrobe section. The script made the story line easy to understand, even though I did come in after the beginning. I am now hooked and really hope there will be another series and, if there is, I wont miss it next time!

Re: Happy Valley

If you think Happy Valley is hard to understand the dialogue god knows how you got on with No Offence. Have no idea what language they are speaking but it sure ain't English. Good series but.
