Jean Patrique 15pc Cookware Set on sale at £119 (RRP £545)

Looks like a really nice set at a great price!

All the professional features that chefs demand are incorporated into the design of Jean-Patrique cookware. Generously sized with deep sides, the range has self-basting lids which keep the juices inside the pan and prevent the flavour from escaping. The rims are designed to make pouring easy and accurate. And, they also benefit from being oven-proof, allowing you to start cooking on the hob and move directly to the oven or grill without having to worry about changing pans. The handles are constructed out of thick tubular stainless steel. They are extremely strong being firmly secured by large heavy-duty rivets with stainless steel caps. They will never work loose no matter how much use, or years you give them. They're also extremely comfortable to use, and extra-long enabling you to use both hands when dealing with heavy loads.

Re: Jean Patrique 15pc Cookware Set on sale at £119 (RRP £545)

Similar to my set of pans, I bought a pan a month from Alders when they had a store in Woking, saved for 4 weeks for each pan. Still got them and use them everyday and they are 25 years old this year, the milk pan is 25 in February next year.

So I can well recommend riveted stainless steel pans they seem to go on and on and if we hadn't already got these I might be tempted.

Nice one Julie

Good quality pots are always worth it imo. My favourite has to be my cast iron casserole dish

I used to have a cast iron casserole many moons ago gave it away as it was so heavy I used to have to ask my husband to get it out of the oven for me
