Still munching my way out of house & home - after breakfast this morning, managed to chomp on a couple of breakfast cereal bars. Had an early lunch (I finished up the chicken curry I made yesterday) and am now munching on biscuits.

We had a really healthy dinner today.

Fresh Sea Bass, boiled potatoes, carrots and runner beans.

Tonight will be Vegetable Soup and a slice of bread.

Thank you Susie darlin' - I have to have an MRI scan, so they're going to stuff me inside this big tunnel. Been there many times before, so am not worried about it. On one occasion previously I even fell asleep, despite the noise.

Ah yes UJ, I remember MRI Scan's very well, had a few of them for my back, they are very noisy, but they do give you earphones and they talk to you through them, just to make sure you are still with them.

Today its Chicken Salad.
