Oooo lovely Doc! When you've found a chair and the kettle you'll enjoy that view.

Off to do some shopping this morning, though it's not looking very bright out there.

Great view-doctor,love Kidwelly castle.
Weather starting to brighten up after a dreary start. What a difference in the traffic when the schools are off.
They've started cutting down the three tall trees in the church grounds opposite. Will be glad to see them gone-they were taller than the houses.

Quite nice out, no rain at least
I had a nice surprise yesterday . I went out for a belated birthday lunch and when I got home there was a lovely bouquet from Interflora on my door mat
It was from a Australian lady that I'd lived next door to when I was an Saudi. We have kept in touch with e-mails since getting home and they were from her.She wouldnt have known it was my birthday but I had told her I wasnt feeling great so she sent a message "Onwards and Upwards". I was soooo pleased , made my day

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Jac if I were you I'd go out tomorrow and get a lottery ticket (the big one, not the postcode one, you've already cracked that).

Started off this morning in fog and rain (we were in the clouds here) but the sun was out by the time we got to Leominster and the colours of the countryside were gorgeous coming home.

Son is feeling a lot better, though still rather stiff. However he's off to a course tomorrow and Friday, so Lexi is back with Nana again.

Going to meet up with Rosie at U3A tomorrow - we've both been absent for a couple of weeks, so that will be good.
