Here's one recipe that adds Vanilla to....


POTATO PEANUT BUTTER CANDY

1 baked or boiled sm. potato (cool)
1 box confectioners' sugar
Peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mashed potato and put vanilla in potato and add sugar until you can roll out like flour for a pie crust on wax paper. Roll out 4 x 12 inches. Smear peanut butter all over it then roll up in a roll. Cut and put in refrigerator to get hard. Bake.

I have NEVER baked it???? I found this one on the internet?

They look very tasty! I know what you mean about making a recipe so often you don't need a recipe, just do it by eye. My mom cooked like that, and I do so quite a bit myself.
