Please do I am sure there are core things everyone could benefit from - may not be a cure all but might make us all feel a bit better.

Why not put it up here for all to see? What's with the secretiveness? That's often a cue for selling something.

Re: Sick of being sick?

Well, I'm dealing with newly diagnosed coeliac disease and the malabsorption issues that go with that so if there's anything that can help my particular situation I'd be more than happy to try it - it is controlled by diet but my extreme tiredness is really getting to me at the moment..

ETA Pleased you have found something that helps you, Azz.

Re: Sick of being sick?

I have been diagnosed with Bronchiectasis, my lungs produce too much mucus, tubes become damaged and its hard to breathe, plus I have lots of scarring on lungs. I had a collapsed lung a month ago. This on top of a condition called LPR or silent reflux, no acid burn but pepsin damages the vocal cords and can cause chronic cough and asthma. My weight is 35kg or 5 stone 5 in old money, despite supplements I cannot gain, consequently I keep getting infections.
Its been a struggle getting help from doctors, some have been quite rude about my weight.
I eat a healthy diet, never smoked, I did take vitamin supplements, herbal and homeopathic remedies, but must admit I have lost faith in so many things.
I would appreciate any advice or information that might help strengthen my body. I am so pleased Azz you found something that helped.

Sorry I missed your post. What is your diet like at the moment - what do you eat? What are your staple meals? Pleased to hear you battled and won (can you share more details? No probs if you'd rather not)

The key, imo, is a species appropriate diet (no grains, artificial nonsense etc).

What is your diet like at the moment? What are your staple meals? Do you eat any fermented foods?

Have you cut gluten completely out of your diet?

Something that will help your gut lining is L-Glutamine powder, have you tried that? If not would you consider it? (It's a teaspoon a few times a day mixed in water).
