Fountain pens

Anyone else like them?

I have quite a few and use them whenever possible.
A much better writing experience than anything else imo.

I was given one as a Christmas present and I've not looked back. I absolutely love it! It even makes my ermm... "creative" handwriting shall we say, look most presentable

It's worth giving some Chinese fountain pens a try.

I have some which I've bought direct and they put some of my £80 - £100 western made ones to shame.

I have this one in the link. If you liked the legendary Parker 51, you'd love this. The build quality is superb and writes like a champ. Most of the Chinese sellers on the bay are pretty reliable. Takes anything from 8-30 days to arrive though.

That one above, is actually quite expensive for a Chinese fountain pen. I also have the one below. It's Hero's take on the classic Parker Duofold.

You'd be amazed at the build quality and how it writes. It's better than my Waterman Expert II..

Always loved my cartridge pen when I was at school, used to get in a bit of a mess with the refillable ones. I still appreciate something well written with an 'inkpen'! Not used one for a few years but I have a couple somewhere, I think.
