Just Googled biting tongue in sleep and think I'd better get that checked too as it could be seizures!

There are many causes for general fatigue and also for biting your tongue in your sleep......stress and tension can cause tongue biting while you sleep, and stress and tension can cause fatigue.....the two are often related.

Thanks for that Nurse Pat, and of course you are right...a number of conditions can cause fatigue....do you do home visits...? I do love the uniform

Update :
(I expect you've all been waiting for it!)

Well, I've been to most of the sessions, dragged there by my daughter.
It's done exactly what I expected, worn me out!
This "pacing" doesn't work, if you go say to the shops and while you're out you think you may as well pick up this or that etc. That's wrong, you're supposed to just do a bit then go home and rest.
That would mean going out again and again.
I'd rather get it all done, go home and rest.
It all felt like school or one of those work things where you "mind map" etc.
I end up staring at the board or page and not making any sense of it!
All this modern lingo annoys me too!
