Fair enough Meg, maybe I should have written 'assistance'. I understand what you mean as I have done a 'Listening Course' which is on a similar basis and NO we never give advice, but we do give assistance with the 'act' of listening and being able to understand etc.

Basically, it was fruit machines. They gave me a good number and I was sorted within a couple of years.

unfortunately yes I call them every Christmas as that is the most difficult time for me. for reasons I wont go into as I already have talked about it the day I joined, it was in a reply to SnowKat just yesterday, I am glad and grateful that they are there it helps me to get past that time of year. Nothing strange going on just that day is too difficult the sadness is a bit overwhelming so I thank God for them.
